《How to receive your product》

When your reserved time arrives, please have the following ready and present them at the venue's pick-up counter.

① Proof of identity (all documents must include a photograph/copies are not accepted/must be within their validity period)

*Copies are not accepted for any documents. Please bring the original document. One of the following documents with a photo is required.

1. Passport

2. Driver's license / International driver's license

3. Official license with photo (maritime, aviation, architecture, etc.)

4. Disability Certificate

5. Residence card or special permanent resident certificate

6. My Number Card (Notification Card is not acceptable)

7. Welfare Handbook

8. Student ID with photo (only for those 18 years old and under. Student IDs for those 19 years old and over are not accepted, even if they have a photo.)

9. Disability certificate for developmental disabilities

*Please note that student IDs from individuals aged 19 or older will not be accepted, even if they include a photograph.

*Please note that photocopies, handwritten documents, expired documents, and documents that have been altered or otherwise made unusable will not be accepted as proof of identity.

Using tampered or forged identification documents is a criminal offense.

② A QR code will be issued after your order is confirmed (you can check this on the "Purchase History Details Page" in your My Page on the official store).

《Important: If you have not received your item》

If you do not pick up your item within your reserved time slot, it will automatically be changed to delivery. No further application is required.

We will ship your order via cash on delivery, so please pay the shipping and handling fees upon receipt.

《Caution》

• There is a limited number of items available for sale and pickup slots. Sales will end once the limit is reached, even if it is before the end of the sales period.

Please reserve your pick-up date and time in advance when ordering your items. Your items will be available for pickup at the designated counter at your reserved time. Each time slot will close once the capacity is reached.

We cannot accommodate requests to deliver items outside of your reserved time slot, regardless of the reason. Changes to the delivery date and time are not possible after placing your order.

・On-site pickup is limited to the person who placed the order.

Waiting or lining up from late at night or early in the morning, or coming to the venue or surrounding area, is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and other facility users.

The following actions are prohibited as they may disturb other customers.

*Trading of goods at booth venues and in the vicinity of facilities

* Sitting around the facility, occupying benches or other seating for extended periods

Cutting in line or running when the queue is about to begin is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.

・Due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the venue pickup may be postponed or canceled.

Regarding returns and exchanges:

We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products due to customer reasons.

Due to the materials and manufacturing process, there may be some minor scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that this does not affect its functionality.

We will take care to ensure that you receive the correct items, but please be sure to check them immediately upon receipt. We will not be able to assist you if you make a request later.

・Exchanges for defective products will only be handled on-site on the day of the event. Please check your items promptly after receiving them.
